 DESCRIPTION

  • General customer service and information;
  • Check-in/Check-out;
  • General reception duties.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Live in the area or have accommodation nearby (eliminatory factor);
  • Training in tourism; 
  • Fluent English;
  • Knowledge and mastery of computer tools (Microsoft Office, Internet, etc.);
  • Experience in reception (preferred);
  • A love of and appetite for the tourism industry;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Sense of responsibility and organization;
  • Flexibility and availability for night shifts;
  • A flair for strategy;
  • Proactive, dynamic and multidisciplinary spirit.
