Marketing Manager

DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for coordinating the entire Front and Back-Office operation, in direct support to the Board;
  • Front and Back-office service, whenever necessary;
  • Training and daily monitoring of the entire Reception Team;
  • Ensure efficient and organized communication with the different departments;
  • Support in the management of complaints and suggestions;
  • Assistance from the Board, in tasks related to the coordination of other departments, whenever necessary.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Person with high work ethic, responsible, organized and friendly;
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills;
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Punctuality and attendance.

 

EDUCATION / PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in Reception;
  • Domain of Portuguese and English languages (spoken and written);
  • Knowledge also in other languages (French or German) - preferred.
  • Knowledge of PMS HOST and Office tools (Word, Excel and Outlook).
