Reception Manager
DESCRIPTION
Responsible for coordinating the entire Front and Back-Office operation, in direct support to the Board;
Front and Back-office service, whenever necessary;
Training and daily monitoring of the entire Reception Team;
Ensure efficient and organized communication with the different departments;
Support in the management of complaints and suggestions;
Assistance from the Board, in tasks related to the coordination of other departments, whenever necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
Person with high work ethic, responsible, organized and friendly;
Strong leadership and teamwork skills;
Availability to work in rotating shifts;
Ability to work under pressure;
Punctuality and attendance.
EDUCATION / PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in Reception;
Domain of Portuguese and English languages (spoken and written);
Knowledge also in other languages (French or German) - preferred.
Knowledge of PMS HOST and Office tools (Word, Excel and Outlook).
